Iris Kornacker grew up in Cologne (Germany). After her PhD studies at the University of Vienna (Austria), the molecular biologist changed into management consulting. For more than 9 years Iris worked at McKinsey & Company and developed strategies for companies mostly of the ICT sector. In 2010, Iris moved to Switzerland to join the telecommunication and IT provider Swisscom. For five years, she was responsible for the strategy of the enterprise customers segment. Since last year, Iris leads the Big Data Solutions business. She lives with her boyfriend in Basel.
