Robin Wünderlich’s primary research interest is data driven customer base analysis and customer relationship management. He develops models based on behavioral data with the goal to understand and predict purchase patterns on both an individual and aggregate level. These models are geared towards marketing analysts and decision makers to improve the effectiveness and timing of marketing actions. Robin draws upon methodologies from fields such as Bayesian statistics, machine-learning and data-mining.
