Post-Doctoral Researcher at the University of Zurich

During her Bachelor in Management & Economics at the University of Zurich, Andrea developed an enthusiasm for data-driven marketing. After her Bachelor thesis, she started working as a research and teaching assistant at the Chair of Marketing for Social Impact. To get further insights into quantitative methods, she majored in Economics. Upon finishing her Master thesis on the importance of social networks for consumption behavior, she decided to pursue a PhD. Andrea is fascinated by how consumer data can be used to understand not only individual but also group behavior. She likes to cross the borders of different disciplines and apply knowledge and skills from marketing, sociology, statistics, as well as programming. To clear her mind, Andrea likes to do group fitness at the ASVZ. She further enjoys singing and playing the piano.
