We are happy to announce that Gerald Blessing from the Goethe University  Frankfurt will give a guest talk on “The Use of Mystery Shopping for Managing Salespeople” in the Quantitative Marketing Research seminar.

Gerald Blessing is a PhD student at Goethe University Frankfurt since 2014. He graduated from the University of Mannheim in 1983 with a degree in business administration (Diplom-Kaufmann).
Prior to joining Goethe University, he held senior positions in marketing and sales at Robert Bosch GmbH, Motorloa Ltd., and Deutsche Telekom AG.
His main research interests are sales management and personal selling. In his doctoral dissertation, supervised by Martin Natter, he examines the use of mystery shopping for managing salespeople.
